Susan Brown helped me with an AMAWaterways cruise. Due to river conditions the ship had to change its departure port. Susan got the notification and immediately contacted me to make sure I was able to get to the new city. She also automatically cancelled transport to the original port that she arranged for me. Just what we needed, the resort was great, food was very good, service and staff was excellent. Everything was done to a tea including transportation and all of the information in regards to the airport.

We are currently on a vacation partially planned by Cruise Planners/ Susan Brown. Everything Susan planned was perfect so far. Th epart of the vacation I planned was little bit of a disaster. I called Susan with Cruise Plannersand she fixed everything. She made a top notch recommendation and we flew to a new island and she booked us a beautiful, peaceful adults only hotel to de-stress at after our "snafu". Lesson learned! My wife and I asked Susan to plan a month-long trip to New Zealand to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. She interviewed us to determine our interests and developed a plan that touched all bases and routed us to every area and interest that we identified and included a number of events/venues we had not considered.

The trip went like clockwork. There were no unpleasant surprises and each stop along the way was better than the last. We have been on many great vacations. But, on the plane returning home, we agreed that this trip was our GOAT vacation. The Greatest of All Time.

Susan did a great job in booking our hotel in Istanbul - it was clean, in a safe area, and the staff was great!
